Public institution and support — in development

More opportunities to move and connect.

I am developing plans for a public institution (VšĮ) to create more sporting opportunities for children and people with disabilities. My goals are more accessible activities, future summer camps and, in time, a sports space of my own. Fundraising has not yet begun.

A place for the wish to take part in sport to begin

Sometimes the barrier to getting started is not a lack of motivation. It may be the absence of a suitable venue, adapted equipment, help with transport or the means to cover participation costs. I want to find solutions to these specific needs.

The planned public institution would support activities where people could move, learn, meet others and take part in ways that suit them. Each project will need a clear plan, appropriate specialists and resources.

Where I want to open up more opportunities

I want to develop accessible community activities, events and future summer camps. The long-term vision is a sports space of my own, adapted to different needs. These are planned directions; specific programmes and participation terms have not yet been announced.

  • An accessible studio — premises and equipment chosen to accommodate different movement and training needs.
  • Participation in activities — help addressing a project’s specific equipment, transport, accompaniment or participation costs.
  • Summer camps — movement, new experiences and time together, with participants’ needs and the practical arrangements assessed in advance.

What is happening now

I am currently planning the establishment and operation of a public institution (VšĮ). Confirmed recipient details and payment methods have not yet been published. No money is being collected through this website.

The option to allocate 1.2% of Lithuanian personal income tax (GPM) is not currently available. Once the public institution has been established, the required statuses granted and eligibility to receive income tax allocations confirmed, I will publish the recipient details and instructions. Interested in this future option? Message me ↗.

Paid training at the future studio and activities funded through donations will have clearly defined, separate terms. Whether participants’ costs can be covered will depend on the specific project and available resources.

What I will publish before inviting support

I want everyone to understand what their contribution supports and who is responsible for the project. Before launching a specific fundraising initiative, I will provide the following details.

  • The recipient and the purpose of the specific project.
  • The planned costs and the need the contribution would address.
  • Confirmed ways to contribute and the applicable terms.
  • How the use of funds and completed activities will be reported.

The conversation about working together can start now

If you have premises, equipment, professional expertise or an idea for a joint event or product, I would love to hear from you. The partnerships page has more ways to get involved and a form to contact me.

For now, the first step is to get to know each other and consider a specific proposal. Arrangements for financial support are still being developed. Explore ways to contribute ↗.
