Starting with your needs.
A conversation about your experience, options and what would help you feel more confident.
Rowing shaped who I am. Now I want movement to open up more opportunities for children, people with disabilities and anyone looking for their own starting point.
Discover my journeySometimes the barrier to getting started is an inaccessible environment, uncertainty or a feeling that sport is for other people.
My aim is to help each person find an activity that suits them and a connection with their community. Today, I do this through rowing. Looking ahead, I want to develop community activities, camps and a sports space of my own.

I am a former member of the Lithuanian national rowing team. Sport taught me consistency and teamwork. Through coaching, I discovered another of its strengths: helping someone get started and feel part of a community.
My experience includes working with children, adapted rowing, surfing activities and swimming sessions for people who are afraid of water.
